Description:
* Responsible for packaging design through initial production for new products or structure changes
* Develop and execute packaging projects to drive cost out of manufacturing facilities
* Work with Manufacturing & Supplier Quality teams to address any issues that arise from package design
* Coordinate with global counterparts to execute new packaging requirements for US market
* Ensure all new packaging designs are documented properly in e-packaging system
* Design product displays for major retail customer promotions
* Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Management & Operations organizations
Qualifications:
* 4 year college degree in Packaging Design or related field
* Team Player having ability to interact and influence multiple functions both within the business and with external suppliers
* Ability to manage multiple programs at once with strong drive to win
* Aggressive self-starter and change agent
* Externally focused, must understand impact of packaging on end customer and retailer
* Global mindset, must be able to work across poles to deliver end result
* Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, and project management skills
* Excellent oral and written communications skills
* Six Sigma certification preferred
