Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a SW Ohio Company to find candidates for their RF Systems Engineer position. This person will serve as the lead technical representative on proposals. He/she will develop and document conceptual co-site system designs. This person will Assist in the product’s transition to production and repair as required and Support external customer questions and testing. He/she will Design for EMI/EMC and thermal impacts and validate new designs for specification compliance.
Qualifications:
Successful candidates will come from a Communications design background, including experience or familiarity with designing for co-sight mitigation (co-location interference), demonstrated experience at an integration level, working with all disciplines of engineering. This is not someone that has done only circuit design work or designing at an individual module level, must understand how product fits at a high level, and understanding the needs and implications of hardware, software, and mechanicals. Should understand amps and power systems. U.S. citizenship is required and must have strong communication skills. Must be able to obtain a security clearance. Strong preference for prior experience in military design Desirable to have experience with following software and/or tools - Genesys, Mathcad, DX Designer; will also consider other schematic tools (e.g. Orcad, P-spice, etc…).
