A leading Southwestern, Ohio client of Russ Hadick and Associates, Inc has asked us to help them find qualified candidates for their Systems Engineer and Systems Engineer Lead. . Analyze system requirements to determine design feasibility within time and cost constraints. Define and design system specifications, assess architecture and hardware limitations, input/output processes and working parameters for hardware/firmware/software compatibility. Develop, allocate and derive design requirements for RF communication / sensor systems and modules. Coordinate system, subsystem design and integration/test of total system
Qualifications:
You must have a Security Clearance active or have had a clearance in your recent past. Candidates must have have working knowledge in the concept, design, and implementation of RF communication / sensor systems and associated lower level modules. Must have 5+ years of Systems engineering experience with military, and/or space and commercial communications hardware and protocols Masters degree, DOORs, MATLAB.
