Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a SW Ohio Company to find and qualify candidates for their International Program MGR position. This person will be assigned to work in Saudi Arabia for one year and will assume responsibility for day-to-day operational management of all activities and functions in a designated program area within a line or staff department, including developing, implementing and evaluating program policies, procedures and standards. This person will provide thought leadership and technical content contribution; determining program service levels and enhancements; developing and monitoring program budgets; providing technical advice and/or supervision to staff and clients.
Qualifications:
5-10+ years experience with ATM and/or MPLS is required. Must have 5-10+ years experience with the telecommunications side of networking at the MPLS level, preferably at the provider level. 5+ years of Cisco experience, specifically with ONS devices and Familiarity with OSPF routing is required. Must have Experience with IBGP and EBGP routing and have 5+ years of experience in business operations or a program department. Project Management Institute certification is required. International travel/experience is also required. US Citizens ONLY.Familiarity with data analytics, data tools, software development, IT solutions, layered sensing and/or military systems a plus.
